Meet the Roamer Team

Dax

Founder and visionary of the Roamer community. Now a part-time roamer and Jane of all Trades; but truly master of none. My favorite things include dogs, rocks, and bikes.

I have an undergraduate degree in Psychobiology and Masters in Business Administration. I worked as a field biologist for a few years before life led me down the project management path. I'm now a Sr Program Manager with a broad range of experience that has given me exposure to managing projects in Marketing, Fin-tech, and SaaS. This community is the culmination of my experiences and applying it to my passions of travel and adventure. 

I hope together we can build something unique and spectacular.

Bandit (a.k.a El Bandido)

Our greeter. Bandit loves people and adventures - but as he is getting older he enjoys the great outdoors from inside. Bandit's favorite activities are paddleboarding and cragging.

Jackson (a.k.a. Monkey)

The silliest dog around. Jack loves everyone and everything. He wants to be outside all the time. His favorite activity is mountain biking, or paved trail riding, looking at bikes, smelling bikes, fixing bikes, bikes. 

Hazel (a.k.a. Hazelnut)

A small ball of energy. Hazel loves running and is still trying her hand at different sports. She's enjoying hiking, scrambling, and bikes.
